Emac Security provides friendly, approachable and professional door hosts. Our staff is highly trained to the Hotel Association of New Zealand (HANZ). Director Henry Pene oversees the training and development needs of our security staff to ensure that we maintain the highest professional standards whilst our staff are on your premises. As a result, our staff are expected to maintain these standards on and off duty as we realise that a professional image is constantly tested by community standards.

As an Emac customer, you can expect door security staff that are trained in defusing confrontations, avoiding violence and aim to always de-escalate potentially volatile situations. We pride ourselves in selecting our security staff based not only on your customer needs but also on our own service principles that demand an emphasis on excellent communication skills, maintaining a focus on

observing body language plus the aim of prevention of intoxication and disorderly behaviour.

Our door security staff are trained to familiarise themselves with all the required health and safety procedures relating to your premises and are required to observe at all times when performing their duties all legal expectations as relayed to them by your Duty Manager.

Emac Security staff selection and employment is based on the staffs’ ability to show restraint and self control under extreme provocation. At no time do we condone the use of excessive force in the undertaking of any security assignment or detail for our staff.
